Avoid Late Payments By Choosing A Bill Organizer

leave a comment

Are you tired of paying late fees because you miss the due date for a bill? Many credit card companies have become very strict at requiring payments to arrive in their office by the due date or you will be charged a very expensive late fee and may lower your credit limit. One way to be sure that you are never late again paying a bill is to use a bill organizer.

There are many types of bill organizers available. A organizer can be either a physical device for organizing bills as they come in the mail or it can be a computer program that organizes your bills and sends an alert to you when you have a bill coming due.

Some people avoid the use of a organizer by opening each bill when it comes in the mail, writing a check for the amount due and sending the payment with the next day’s mail. Most of us do not have the time or money for this system, so a bill organizer can be very helpful.

If mailing a payment, you should give at least a week for the payment to make it to the recipient.

A physical organizer can be as simple as a three ring binder with twelve pocket dividers inserted into the binder. The paper dividers work best for this setup. Attach a chart to the front of each folder for the month. The chart should have a place to list the name of the bill, due date, amount due and a place for a check mark to designate that the bill has been paid. As each bill comes in the mail, you will need to open it and record necessary information on your chart. Once a bill is paid, it can be removed from the organizer and filed.

You will also find some very nice bill organizers that have thirty one slots, on for each day of the month. When bills arrive, they are sorted according to due date. Once paid, the bills are removed for the organizer and appropriately filed.

Another type of bill organizer uses your personal computer. The same basic information as was used in the binder system is entered into your computer and then an alert pops up before the bills are due in order to remind you to pay the bill. As payments for the bills are sent, they are checked off in the system or the check number is entered. Paper copies of the bill are kept nearby using whatever system works for you. This gives you easy access to the return envelopes and mailing addresses.

When organizing bills, you will also want to have bill paying necessities nearby, including a pen, stamps and of course, your checkbook.

By paying bills online, you can avoid the cost of a stamp. Additionally, you may have an on line bill pay option through your normal checking account. While you can use the bill pay system as an organizer, you must be cautious to be sure that the payments are being sent and that you keep enough money in the account to make the payments.

To get the supreme management device for your bills, you should get planned with a bill organizer system. No longer forget to pay your bill or miss calculate your bills.

by Jonathon Hardcastle

CRM is an abbreviation used to describe “customer relationship management;” therefore, CRM software is software that manages a database of this information. These databases can be something simple like a small spreadsheet or an Access database. This software is designed to make managing customer services easier and even small business can benefit from its use.

Customer relationship management software products are designed to help any company keep track on each contact with a customer. If the employee in contact writes detailed notes, it makes the next contact with that customer easier. Most people have dealt with someone in customer service that does not note things properly, which during the next contact makes the customer frustrated, if not irate at the person on the other end of the line.

CRM software helps fix this. By noting everything, there is less need to only deal directly with one person. This ability to note everything also makes management?s job easier. They can review notes if there is an irate customer or can do audits to make sure that all the customers are being contacted at the proper intervals.

The customer is ultimately the winner when customer relationship management software is used; they get the best level of service possible. Companies large in size can use this software to manage thousands and millions of customers. With that said, even small companies can benefit from these software programs to provide customers with quality, focused service. There are even products that weren’t originally designed to be CRM programs have features that let them mimic these CRM products.

A good example is Quickbooks. Quickbooks was originally designed as a money management tool for both large and small businesses. But, as new editions were released, the product grew to include different features that allowed for the storing of customer information and notes. This is a powerful product that has added customer relationship abilities, which allow businesses to stay competitive.

While CRM software is relatively new, the concept of managing customer relations isn’t; it has long been known that you can build a good business by seeing customers as individuals who have wants and needs. CRM products makes achieving this important business goal easier for the entire office; it not only improves customer interactions, but also improves the entire office?s efficiency and productivity.

Motivating Employees To Work Harder

leave a comment

A lot of people are miserable at their career and lack motivation because once their basic biological needs are satisfied (the ability to eat and survive), the remainder of their needs are left unattended (e.g. the need to be mentally stimulated and challenged).

To change this it is first necessary to distinguish the various types of needs. By individually identifying these needs specific strategies can be made for each to see improved motivation in the workplace.

- Physiological. They incorporate the first requirements of living; air, water, food and sleep. They represent the first reason that motivates people to work hard. If losing a job results in a chance of having no money for food or the lose of a home, nearly everyone will naturally work harder than they otherwise would.

- Safety. On the meeting of biological needs, people may proceed to perform well to the security of their job. However, for most their motivation will extend no further. After job security is established, their missing motivation becomes related to other broader needs such as the following.

- Interpersonal. Co-worker compatibility is significant. If relationships are sour or generally lacking, it can lead to boredom with poorly motivated workers taking more sick days or being regularly late for work. Make an effort to plan days outs and team-building activities.

- Esteem. Lots of managers and bosses mistakenly overlook this need. To have buoyant and motivated employees, it is essential to make them feel appreciated. When employees performs well on a project, reward them in some way.

- Personal Development. Circumstances that challenge the minds of workers and provide a chance of development are great workplace motivation strategies. Delegate greater responsibilities to employees and opt to have some kind of program that offers incentives in which motivated workers are able to pick up benefits.
